I am a cognitive neuroscientist supervised by Professor James Rowe at the Cambridge Center for FTD, located at the University of Cambridge (UK).
I am interested in the neurobiological mechanisms that underlie psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders. To this end, I use large-scale structural (MRI/MRS) and neurophysiological (fMRI/MEG) neuroimaging data which are analysed with advanced statistical, machine learning, and Bayesian modelling techniques.
My current research, more specifically, focuses on the neurophysiological and neurochemical alterations in frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD). I take an experimental medicine through pharmacological studies, providing insights into potential drug therapies.
