I am proficient in a number of programming languages including Matlab, R, Python and Unix. These languages are used in the processing, analysis and statistical modelling of complex brain and behavioural data, with the scripts publicly available on my GitHub. Notably, these have featured in large-scale, transparent processing pipelines that I have built to be used by the scientific community, and potentially also in clinical settings.
Resources
I have also endeavoured to utilize open-sharing platforms to share resources essential to the analysis of imaging data, and raw statistical data (later used for visualisation and interpretation), i.e.:
- 512 region subdivision of the AAL cortex (left image) into uniform anatomical size. As featured in Roberts/Perry et al. 2020 and Roberts/Perry et al. 2022. [download here]
- Raw statistical files for comparison of group differences in brain structure size (right image). [available at neurovault]
